EFT uses acupressure points and aspects of NLP to literally ‘tap out’ fears, phobias, limiting beliefs, traumas and physical pain. Issues are permanently released by EFT. It can be quick, easy and so effective that some clients are sceptical of its success – until they’re in the situation again and find their thoughts and feelings are transformed.
NLP reconfigures patterns of behaviour and modifies communication with self and others. This enables clients to achieve their goals more easily, improve relationships and reclaim their power in their own individual way in whichever areas they choose.
Dawn is a fully-insured member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy, using hypnosis and trance work to allow the client to work with their subconscious towards any goal they desire.
Employing a combination of her skills depending on what works best for you, sessions with Dawn are a fun, interesting voyage of self-discovery. Most importantly, the sessions ignite lasting change in the lives of the people she works with.

Jana is a College of Naturopathic Medicine graduate with a solid clinical experience as part of the studies which allowed her to step-by-step build upon the knowledge in all aspects of nutritional therapy. Seeing the improvements of her clients and from observed consultations has been a great motivation for further work and development. She gradually came to the understanding that in order to make real changes in someone’s health, a complex and individualized approach is required as everything in human body is interconnected and one system naturally affects another.
Jana perceives health as a harmony of whole body, mind and soul. She believes that healthy person is a synonym for positive person. A positive person is likely to keep a good health or begins to recover from the illness because positive thinking ‘kick-starts’ self-healing methods of every individual. When this approach goes along with adequate nutrition and good regimen, one can achieve this amazing (and seemingly rare these days) state known as health.
Jana is member of BANT and CNHC, the leading professional bodies of Nutritional Therapists that require members to follow a strict code of conduct, ethics and continuous professional development and training.
